Kevin Michaelis

Kevin Michaelis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kevin started their career in 1999 at Balkamp as a stock handler. In 2004, they joined Select Portfolio Servicing as an Investor Reporting Analyst, where they created monthly reports for clients and remitted funds to trustees. Kevin later became a Manager Investor Reporting and then a Manager Master Servicing Operations, where they wrote extensive policies and procedures for the Master Servicing business line. In 2010, Kevin became a Transaction Manager - Business Development, and in 2012, they were promoted to Director of Transaction Management at Select Portfolio Servicing. In 2014, they transitioned to Redwood Trust, Inc., where they held various roles, including VP of Transaction Management and currently serves as the SVP of Transaction Management & Counterparty Risk. At Redwood Trust, they managed the team responsible for the purchase and sale of residential loans and worked closely with Capital Markets and Contract Finance groups.

Kevin Michaelis attended the University of Utah from 1999 to 2004, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
