Nathan Charles

Nathan Charles has a comprehensive work experience that spans over multiple companies. Nathan started their career at CGI as an Associate before progressing to the role of Consultant and eventually becoming a Senior Consultant. During this time, they focused on developing software in financial services using Java, JSP, and web services. Nathan also provided guidance and coaching to client and internal teams on best practices and project timelines.

In 2012, Nathan joined Promontory Financial Group as the Head of Client Technology Solutions. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of technology solutions for clients until 2014.

Currently, they serve as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Services at Redwood Trust, Inc., a position they have held since 2014.

Throughout their career, Nathan has amassed valuable experience in managing technology services and providing innovative solutions in the finance industry.

Nathan Charles completed their education at James Madison University from 1999 to 2003, earning a degree in Integrated Science and Technology (ISAT)/ Computer Science (CS). Nathan'sfield of study included Computer Science, Telecommunication, Environmental Sciences, Physics, and Energy. In addition, Nathan Charles obtained a ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
