Stephanie Rich MBA, CPP, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in payroll and human resources. Stephanie most recently served as the Vice President of Payroll at Redwood Trust, Inc., where they strategically planned and executed payroll and benefits for over 375 employees. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions such as Manager, Payroll Controls and Compliance, Payroll Manager, and HR Payroll Analyst, where they gained experience in payroll operations, vendor management, and payroll audits. Stephanie also volunteered as an instructor for the Denver Chapter Payroll Association, teaching calculations for FPC and CPP classes. Stephanie has a strong background in payroll processing, time and attendance management, employee inquiries, and HR administration. Stephanie'sexperience spans various industries, including finance, healthcare, and moving services.

Stephanie Rich holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Argosy University Denver, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their education, Stephanie Rich has earned professional certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2022 and the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association in 2018.
