Claire Solk

Claire joined Redx in January 2022. Prior to this, Claire spent five years as Senior Legal Counsel at AstraZeneca, where she worked with both AstraZeneca’s Corporate Legal and Board & Corporate Support teams. Before joining AstraZeneca, Claire practised law with Allen & Overy LLP in London.

Claire holds an M.A. (Cantab) with First Class Honours in Law (Double Maîtrise) from the University of Cambridge, Trinity College, a Maîtrise en droit, mention droit comparé, droits français et anglais from the Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practise in England & Wales and New York.
