Lucas Wargha

Lucas Wargha is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and developing cross-platform mobile and web applications. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at REDX since January 2020, Lucas oversees a team of engineers, builds backend microservices, and integrates SaaS products using modern technologies. In addition to this role, Lucas contributes to the Utah Innovators Club and the United Angels Foundation, where collaborative and impactful software projects are prioritized. Previous positions include software engineering roles at Shine Solar and Brigham Young University - Idaho, where Lucas developed vital systems and led teams in technical operations. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
