Karl Morris has over 30 years of operational leadership experience in diverse industries. Currently, they are working as a Production Systems Coach at Redzone Production Systems since January 2016. In this role, they deliver the full life cycle of the Redzone Production System, coaching plant teams and facilitating continuous improvement processes. Prior to this, Karl worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Pettibone, LLC from May 2015 to January 2016, and as the Director of Operations Excellence at Pump Solutions Group from May 2014 to October 2014. From October 2010 to March 2014, they served as the Division Lean Manager at Parker Hannifin, where they were responsible for Lean culture improvements across 8 manufacturing plants. Before that, Karl worked as the Operations Excellence Manager at Hendrickson from April 2006 to July 2009, driving cost reductions and implementing lean culture change. Karl also has experience at Dana-Glacier Vandervell, where they served as the Lean Deployment Manager from July 2004 to April 2006, and as the Manufacturing Unit Manager from January 2002 to July 2004. Karl began their career at Dana - Glacier Vandervell as a Project Engineering Supervisor from October 1997 to January 2002, where they managed the project engineering staff and spearheaded technology transfer projects.

Karl Morris pursued their undergraduate education from 1981 to 1985 at the University of Missouri-Columbia. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
