Luci Hallam has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Currently, they are working as an Operational Excellence Coach at QAD Redzone since January 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Molson Coors starting from May 2010. Luci'sroles at Molson Coors include Operations Manager, UK Continuous Improvement/Lean Manager, Site Operational Lead/General Manager, and Operations Support Manager. Before Molson Coors, they worked at Mars for many years. At Mars, they served as a Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager, Operations Manager, Site Procurement Manager/Global Buyer, and Procurement Specialist. Overall, Luci has a strong background in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and management roles.
Luci Hallam attended the College of Further Education from 1989 to 1990, where they obtained an LCCI Private Secretaries Certificate. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Smallpeice Enterprises in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Luci also has a General Certificate in Brewing (IBD) from THE INSTITUTE OF BREWING & DISTILLING. Specific dates for obtaining the General Certificate in Brewing are not provided.
