Athirah Drani

Athirah Drani has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. Athirah started their career as a Personal Tutor in 2016, providing one-on-one educational assistance to students of various age groups. In 2019, they worked as a Retail Assistant at FamilyMart Co., Ltd. In 2020, Athirah joined TIME dotCom Berhad as a Customer Support Consultant. Athirah then transitioned to Shopee in 2021 as an Operations Associate, where they managed return and refund processes, conducted thorough investigations, and negotiated resolutions. Currently, they are working at Reebelo as a Customer Service Representative.

From 2013 to 2016, Athirah Drani attended Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS), where they pursued a Diploma of Education in the field of Elementary Education and Teaching.
