Catherine Odgers is a seasoned Business and Quality Assurance Analyst at Reece Group since March 2003, with a strong background in business analysis, testing, and platform management. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and overseeing testing processes, along with developing dashboards and reports using Service Now. As Service Delivery Team Lead, Catherine handles user administration, environment management, and user training, while also ensuring the effective functioning of Service Now applications. Previously, Catherine led a Help Desk team and provided technical support at Teletech Inc.
