Nicole Barsky

Nicole Barsky serves as the Capability Development Lead at Reece Group since April 2022, leading the design and evaluation of Capability Development programs across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on various key portfolios such as Onboarding, Leadership Development, Coaching, and Women's leadership initiatives. Previously, Nicole held roles as Capability Programs Delivery Lead - ANZ, and Leadership Development Consultant at Reece, emphasizing the importance of customer success in supporting essential services. Earlier experience includes being an Instructional Leader and Learning Specialist at Hazel Glen College, where responsibility included overseeing curriculum development for multiple domains. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
