Phil Jay

Phil Jay possesses extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Engineering Manager in Platform Engineering and previously as Product Manager in Delivery Engineering at Reece Group since September 2019. Prior to Reece Group, Phil held roles at National Australia Bank, both as Team Lead/Senior Engineer in Cloud and as Senior Consultant in DevOps, and at REA Group as a Senior Systems Engineer. Experience also includes managerial positions at Australia Post, Odecee, and Softel Systems, where Phil focused on enhancing software delivery processes and systems support. An early career included technical roles at Ericsson and research positions at Swinburne University and Dynamic Hearing. Phil holds Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering (Telecommunications & Internet Technologies) and Applied Science (Computer Science & Software Engineering) from Swinburne University of Technology.
