Luis Garcia (Louie)

Luis (Louie) Garcia possesses extensive experience in design and technical services within the printing and installation industries. Currently serving as a Digital Traffic Designer & Coordinator at American Signal since June 2015, Luis excels in designing and printing high-intensity prismatic materials for road and highway signage. Concurrently, Luis has been an Installation Service Technician at Reece Supply Company since April 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure as Prepress Manager at American Color Labs of Texas from January 2007 to May 2015, where responsibilities included project design, composition, and troubleshooting production-related issues. Luis's educational background includes military training as a Material Account Specialist and Large Vehicle and Artillery Mechanic in the US Army, alongside studies at the University of Hawaii and a high school diploma from Trimble Technical High School.
