Carissa Paxton

Carissa Paxton serves as the Housing Program Coordinator for the City of Hutchinson, Kansas, since April 2024, while concurrently working as a Realtor for ReeceNichols South Central Kansas since August 2020. Prior to these roles, Carissa held the position of Youth Leadership Program Coordinator at Rise Up Reno Prevention Network from January 2023 to April 2024 and worked as a Team Leader and Wine Guide for Traveling Vineyard from January 2018 to December 2023. Carissa is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Western Governors University, expected to complete in July 2024, and holds an AAS in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Hutchinson Community College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
