Rasmus Gerdeman

Rasmus Gerdeman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of REEcycle, a U.S. rare earth recycling company, and is a Senior Advisor at FTI Consulting, as well as an independent board member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Metals Acquisition Limited. With over 20 years of experience in the industrial, chemical, and natural resources industries, Rasmus specializes in corporate strategy, IPOs, and capital markets. Previous roles include Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group and Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer at Livent Corporation. Rasmus has also been recognized for expertise as a buyside analyst at prominent investment firms and has contributed to academia by mentoring MBA students at Cornell University. Rasmus holds an MBA from Cornell University and Queen's University, along with a B.S. in Finance from North Park University.
