Mike's earlier experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager at FIAMM and Reed City Tool & Die, where responsibilities encompassed team development, lean manufacturing, and production scheduling. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from Ferris State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from the same institution.
