Simone Senior

Simone Senior is an Associate in the Global Corporate Group at Reed Smith LLP, with previous experience as an Associate in the Corporate Group at Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC. Simone has also held positions as an In-House Legal Intern at Cisco, where significant contributions included synthesizing data from over 250 license agreements and drafting service level agreements. Experience as an IFLP Fellow involved training in legal technology and project management, while judicial internship with the Utah Supreme Court included drafting portions of legal opinions. Early legal experience also spans externships at the EEOC and the National Immigrant Justice Center, as well as roles at McCarty Parry, where expertise in tax statutes and various legal documents was developed. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from BYU Law School.
