Tom Baxter

Tom Baxter is an experienced tax professional with a background in legal practices at Reed Smith LLP, where roles included Tax Associate from March 2018 to March 2024 and Senior Associate (Tax) prior to that. Tom began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor, gaining diverse experience through various seats, including Tax, a secondment to Barclays Bank PLC in the Asset Finance team, Structured Finance, and IP, Tech, and Data. Tom holds a degree from the University of Birmingham and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law, followed by an MA in Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
