Emily Dewar's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as an Employment Advisor at Reed in Partnership. Emily then moved on to Reed in various roles, starting as a Compliance Auditor in March 2017 and progressing to Compliance Executive in August 2018. In March 2019, they became an Audit Manager, and in September 2021, they transitioned to the role of Head of Data Management. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Risk and Data Governance, a role they began in July 2022.
