Matthew Bird has extensive experience in the legal and recruitment sectors, starting as a Trainee and Fee-earner at BPE Solicitors LLP and progressing to Fee-earner and Lawyer roles at Willans LLP and Shakespeare Martineau. Transitioning into recruitment, Matthew served as a Recruitment Consultant and later Senior Recruitment Consultant at Bewley Recruitment Ltd before becoming a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Manager, Owner, and Shareholder at Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment. Currently, Matthew holds the position of Recruitment Manager - Legal at Reed, specializing in placing Solicitors and legal teams across the UK, particularly in the South West of England and Wales. Matthew completed a Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England between 2005 and 2007.
