Roddy MacKenzie

Roddy Mackenzie has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Executive Consultant at Reed since February 2017, with a progression through roles including Executive Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, Roddy worked at WAYS Phone from March 2016 to November 2016 as a Senior Agent, where leadership and motivation of colleagues were key responsibilities in the Not for Profit sector. Roddy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports and Exercise from Edinburgh Napier University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
