Marius Lucian Danaila is an experienced professional in the shipbuilding industry, currently serving as Site Manager and Hull Supervisor at REEDEREI NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG since October 2020. With a career spanning over 20 years, Marius has held various roles including Site Manager at Royal IHC and GEFO Shipping Group, Deputy Site Manager at Schulte Marine Concept, and numerous freelance positions. Marius began as Owner's Representative for Histria Management, ensuring quality in ship hull construction, and has also utilized skills in design and quality control early in the career. Marius holds a Dipl.Eng. in Naval Architecture from "Dunarea de Jos" University in Galati, Romania, and a Baccalaureate Diploma in Math & Physics from "Panait Cerna" High School in Braila, Romania.
