Kevin Fields, MBA-HRM, PHR, currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager for Reed's Metals, Inc., overseeing HR operations across 16 locations in the United States since April 2021. Previously, Kevin held roles as Press Production Supervisor and Welding Production Supervisor at Adient from January 2018 to April 2021, managing teams of operators and production processes. Kevin's experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Deputy Director of Human Resources for the United States Army, where strategic HR leadership was provided to large units. Educational credentials include an MBA focused on Human Resources Management from Webster University and various certifications in HR practices and Six Sigma.
