Damian Warshall

Damian Warshall has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Damian started as an Accounting Associate at Monument Realty and later worked as a Senior Project Accountant at The Shooshan Company LLC and a Senior Retail Accountant at The Peterson Companies. In 2013, they took on the role of Summer Associate at Edgeview Partners, where they played a key role in financial projection modeling and co-authored confidential information memorandums for sell-side advisory transactions. Damian then transitioned to the craft beverage industry, serving as the Director of Business Operations at Wild Wolf Brewing Company and the Chief Operating Officer at LUMI Juice. In 2016, they co-founded Snowing in Space Coffee and served as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company's manufacturing and distribution operations. Damian'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Operations at Reed's, Inc., where they have also held the role of Vice President of Data Analytics. In this role, Damian built a data analytics platform and provided data-driven insights for sales, operations planning, and finance.

Damian Warshall obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Damian attended this program from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. From 2001 to 2005, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
