Mic Framstad

Mic Framstad is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the HVAC industry. Currently serving as VP of Sales for the South Region at PremiStar since March 2025, Mic has a robust background that includes roles such as Director of Sales and National Sales Manager at National HVAC Service from August 2021 to March 2025. Prior to that, Mic was a Service Manager at Bernhard, overseeing service activities and team growth, as well as serving as a Service Account Executive and LEED Green Associate. Additional roles include Account Executive positions at Synergy Service and S.M. Lawrence Company, and a Special Projects Account Manager at McKinstry. Mic began a career in the field in 2001, holding various service account management roles. Educational qualifications include an MCA in 2007 and an ICS in 1997, complemented by service in the US Navy from 1983 to 1984 and completion of high school at John R Rogers High School.
