Ashley S. currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Consumer Experience at Reef since August 2023. Previously, Ashley held the position of Senior Consumer Experience Team Lead at The Rockport Company from July 2019 to August 2023, where Ashley led the migration of E-Commerce business to Shopify Plus, achieving significant cost savings and enhancing operational performance. In an earlier role as a Consumer Experience Specialist, Ashley managed high volumes of customer communications and contributed to integration efforts during the transition period. Ashley's career began at Havas Sports & Entertainment as a Marketing Intern and Client Coordinator, providing support in market research and client management. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University.
