Carrie Teffner

Carrie Teffner is an accomplished board member with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a board member at Reef, Amer Sports, DXC Technology, and IDG, Teffner holds the position of Audit Committee Chair at both Amer Sports and IDG, as well as at BFA Industries, where Teffner also serves as a board member. Previous roles include board memberships at GAMESTOP INC, ascena, RITE AID, and Avaya. Teffner has a robust background in finance and strategic projects, including serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Crocs, Inc., where a significant transformation in revenue and profitability was facilitated. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, both from the University of Vermont.
