Paul Meek

Paul Meek is a Director of Production Operations at Reef, currently leading the Asia Sourcing team. They have over 40 years of footwear experience, primarily within Technical, QA, and QC functions, having worked across Europe and Asia for the last 23 years. Previously, Paul served as the Director of Global Quality at Wolverine Worldwide for over a decade, managing quality for 66 million pairs of shoes across multiple brands and factories. Their earlier roles include Quality Assurance and Production Director at ECCO Shoes and various technical positions at Fiona Footwear, where they began their career at the age of 16. Paul is recognized for their energetic, results-oriented leadership style and commitment to nurturing high-potential employees.
