Philip Blake currently serves as SVP Global Sourcing at Reef since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in global sourcing leadership at The Rockport Company, Crocs, Clarks Americas, and Collective Brands, Inc. Philip's career began at General Electric as a Failure Analysis Engineer, and further developed at Converse, where expertise in product development and advanced concept engineering was honed. With a solid educational background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Tulane University, Philip has a proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations, product costing, and development across multiple countries, including significant contributions in the footwear sector throughout Asia.
