Gilbert Nakhle

Gilbert Nakhle is an experienced professional in the fields of talent acquisition, learning and development, and training management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Director at REEF Luxury Developments since April 2025, Gilbert oversees talent acquisition, learning initiatives through REEF Academy, and HR operations. Prior roles include Director of Learning and Development at The First Group, and a Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Sales Coach, and Soft Skills Trainer from June 2020 to March 2022. Gilbert managed the Training Academy at Nasco Insurance Group/Bankers Assurance SAL, where responsibilities included recruiting and coaching new candidates, and served as Deputy Sales & Training Manager at Gulf Insurance Group in Kuwait, focusing on sales force management and training. Educationally, Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from University St Joseph, Beirut, earned between October 1997 and July 2001.
