Nicholas Desalvo

Nicholas DeSalvo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Reef Pass Investors LP since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nicholas held multiple positions at Shore Capital Partners from July 2020 to June 2025, including Senior Associate, Associate, and Private Equity Analyst, and gained early experience as a Summer Analyst at the same firm in June 2019.
