Michael Brauer is an experienced strength and conditioning coach with a background in developing tailored workout programs and promoting active lifestyles. Currently serving as the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Reef Systems Corp since October 2018, Michael designs workout programs for the 14th ASOS and collaborates with the Human Performance team to minimize non-deploying injuries. Previous roles include working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at BARWIS and as a Personal Trainer at Fitness 19, where Michael assisted clients in achieving their fitness goals while considering their health needs. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, Michael also has experience as a Warehouse Manager and Student Supervisor while fulfilling academic responsibilities.
