Marco Bevilacqua has a strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in various roles at different companies. Marco is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Officer of Reefilla, a company focused on innovative solutions for electrified mobility recharge challenges. Prior to this, they were the Global Platform Manager for High Performance Battery Packs at Stellantis. Before that, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they held roles such as Chief Engineer for Plug-in Hybrid Propulsion Systems and Assistant Chief Engineer for Alfa Romeo Diesel Engines. Marco has also worked as a Development and Application Engineer at CRF - FCA Research Center.

- From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Università degli Studi di Torino.
- In 2011, they enrolled in Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Mechanical Engineering for Energy and Environment. Marco completed this program in 2012.
- Prior to their Master's degree, Marco earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Marco completed this undergraduate program from 2007 to 2011.
- Marco Bevilacqua obtained their High School Degree from Istituto Pontano. Marco attended this institution from 2001 to 2006, specializing in a Science Lyceum with a major in informatics.
Additionally, Marco has earned several certifications including "Entrepreneurship: Finding and Testing Your Business Idea," "Acting Decisively," "Creating a Culture of Change," "Leading Effectively," "Selling to Executives," and "Strategic Thinking."
