Adam Sipos

Adam Sipos is an experienced legal professional with a background in corporate law and procurement. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Procurement at REEF, Adam previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Corporate & Transactions at Pernod Ricard USA. Adam's experience also includes working as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. Adam holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and has a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Florida State University.
