Adrien M. is a finance and legal professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Legal and Head of Corporate Development at REEF since January 2021, Adrien also holds a position as Administrateur at ASSOCIATION LA SABRETACHE since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Adrien was with ABB from March 2014 to January 2021, advancing to Group Senior Vice President and Group Vice President, focusing on Electrification Products. Adrien's earlier career included strategic leadership positions at 3M as Director of Strategy and Business Development for EMEA, and as Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank. Beginning the career at Jones Day as an Associate and at Stibbe Simont Monahan Duhot as an Avocat, Adrien possesses a strong educational background with multiple master's degrees in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a DESS in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
