Dogancan Ulug

Dogancan Ulug is a seasoned project manager currently at REEF, specializing in data analytics and process productization to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Previously, as Senior Operations and Project Manager at Revival, Dogancan Ulug oversaw operations in Turkey, collaborated on initiatives to improve customer experience, and optimized supply chain networks. As a co-founder and Managing Director of Chef Team, Dogancan Ulug established a successful culinary career platform and expanded it into a multi-facility F&B operation. Additional experience includes mentorship with Endeavor Turkey and an internship at OBSS focusing on product integration and market research. Dogancan Ulug holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Boğaziçi University and degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Sabanci University and Management from The London School of Economics.
