Emmanuel Amram

Emmanuel Amram, MBA, CFA has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate development. Emmanuel is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at REEF since March 2022 and also holds the position of SVP Corporate Development since October 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at Raymond James as the Director - Investment Banking and Senior Vice President - Investment Banking from 2018 onwards. Emmanuel started their career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in 2010 and has also worked at UBS Investment Bank, BMO Capital Markets, and Houlihan Lokey in various investment banking roles.

Emmanuel Amram has an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, which they obtained in 2010. Emmanuel also holds a CFA Designation from the CFA Institute, achieved in 2004. Additionally, they have certifications including CFA Charterholder, CFA Institute CE Program 10 Year Milestone, Series 63 from FINRA, and Series 79 from FINRA.
