Jimmy Wagner is an experienced hospitality and management professional currently serving as the Managing Owner of Custom Culinary CrEATions. They also hold the position of Manager at REEF, overseeing the daily operations of five restaurants while maintaining high ratings and sales. As a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, they contribute to the education and training of industry professionals. Jimmy previously worked as a Line Cook and Sautee Cook at various restaurants, and they possess two Associate of Applied Science Degrees from Coahoma Community College in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
