Jon Ofstein is currently the Executive Production Chef at REEF, where they leverage their extensive experience in high volume restaurant openings and oversee annual sales exceeding 15 million. Previously, Jon held the position of Executive Chef at FOUNDING FARMERS LLC and BRIO Tuscan Grille, as well as serving as Executive Commissary Chef at Chopt. Their background includes a history as a culinary partner and executive chef at Pf Changs and a role as EKM at The Cheesecake Factory. Jon studied physical therapy at Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale, earning an associate degree.
