Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently, Kevin serves as the Owner of Oscar & Wally’s since September 2022 and as the Neighborhood General Manager at REEF since November 2020. Previously, Kevin held the position of City Manager at Boston Market, overseeing three area managers across twenty-two locations in two states. Kevin's background includes roles as a Brand Operations Services Specialist and Franchise Area Director at Applebee's, conducting brand assessments nationwide and in Monterrey, Mexico. With a strong operational foundation as Director of Operations at TGI Fridays and experience as General Manager in multiple locations, Kevin has consistently demonstrated a capacity for leadership, team development, and operational excellence since beginning a career in the industry in 1981 with Golden Corral Corporation.
