Ramez Shehadi is the President & Chief Growth Officer at REEF. Ramez was previously the Managing Director of the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region for Facebook and all its portfolio companies and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, among others. Prior to that, they were a Member Board Of Directors for Aramex, which they founded in 1982. Aramex is a global transportation and logistics provider listed on the Dubai Financial Market (and previously on the Nasdaq) and headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. Aramex provides a wide range of services that include express transportation, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce, information and records management services, among others. Beyond its commercial successes, Aramex has also launched the "Delivering Good" program, implemented in more than 180 educational, social and environmental projects around the world.

Ramez Shehadi received a High School Diploma - Cum Laude from The Stony Brook School. Ramez then went on to earn their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University. Finally, they earned their M.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.

They work with Tommy Rosen - Chief Development Officer, Alan Philips - Chief Creative Officer, and David Kownator - President & CFO. Ramez Shehadi reports to Ari Ojalvo, CEO. Some individuals on their team include Melissa Goodis - SVP, Marketing, Jaanaki Momaya - VP, Growth.
