Steven B. is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in operations management and strategic implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Logistics for REEF since May 2020, Steven launched the "Proximity" final mile field operation in New York City and has effectively managed teams during challenging circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Iron Mountain and Waste Management, where Steven focused on improving routing efficiency and driving profitability across multiple business lines. Additionally, Steven held various positions at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. and TransCorr National Logistics. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Central Michigan University.
