Cem Tugal is an accomplished professional with diverse experience across various roles in operations and analysis. Currently serving as an Operations Assistant at Talbco Development Corporation since May 2022, and as an Analyst at REEF since May 2021, Cem has a strong background in project management and financial modeling. Previous positions include Inventory Control Manager at Capelle Miami, Project Manager at SURVISION, and an investment/business analyst intern at POVAC, where Cem successfully managed Power Purchase Agreement contracts and developed financial models. Cem's early career includes internships at Koluman Otomotiv Endüstri A.Ş. and SAFEGE - CONSULTING, contributing to quality improvement projects and a Bus Rapid Transit initiative in Ethiopia. Cem holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and a French Baccalaureate Degree in Science from Lycée Français Pierre Loti d'Istanbul.
