Kenneth Cruz

Kenneth Cruz has a range of experience in software engineering and data engineering roles. Kenneth is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at Reejig. Prior to this, Kenneth held positions at Red Marker, RoZetta Technology, InfiniGold, NICTA, RenditionDigital International Ltd, and Canon Information Technologies Philippines, Inc. At Red Marker, they served as a Tech Lead (AI and DevOps) and as a Senior Software Engineer. At RoZetta Technology, Kenneth was a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for maintaining and operating the Academic Services web application. Kenneth also worked as a Contractor at InfiniGold. At NICTA, Kenneth contributed to the development of a cost-to-serve software product for strategic route and fleet optimization as a Software Engineer. Kenneth showcased their expertise as a Senior Software Engineer at RenditionDigital International Ltd, working on the Multiviewer system project. Kenneth began their career as a Software Engineer at Canon Information Technologies Philippines, Inc., where they worked on the development of the Bluetooth network protocol stack.

Kenneth Cruz attended the University of the Philippines from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they earned the Japanese IT Standards Examination (JITSE) certification from JITSE Philippines. In 2007, they became a Sun Certified Java Programmer 1.4 through Sun Microsystems. In 2012, Kenneth obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in 2017, they became an AWS Certified Developer Associate through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
