Md Rifat Hasnat

Md Rifat Hasnat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Md Rifat started their career in 2008 as a Business Analyst at banglalink, where they conducted competitor and market research to improve existing products and managed cross-functional teams for product launches. Md Rifat then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, where they developed clear product visions and strategies aligned with business goals and managed engineering, design, and QA teams for product development.

In 2016, Md Rifat joined Brain Station 23 Limited as a Project Manager, leading complex technical and business-oriented projects using Agile methodology. Md Rifat was responsible for evaluating requirements, creating detailed project plans, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Afterwards, they worked as a Project Officer at GoGet Carshare in 2018, followed by a role as a Senior Product Owner at Compono from 2019 to 2022. In these positions, they managed product visions, roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and releases, along with collaborating with senior leadership teams for product strategies and managing stakeholders for product discovery, design, development, and roll-out.

Most recently, Md Rifat held the position of Product Owner at ELMO Software from 2022 to 2023. Md Rifat oversaw the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and development for the ELMO learning management platform, working closely with the senior leadership team and external stakeholders.

In 2023, they joined Reejig as a Product Manager. Their role involves harnessing the skills within the organization through a workforce intelligence platform, generating intelligence for talent decisions and providing visibility of people's skills, potential, passions, and experiences.

Md Rifat Hasnat completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology from 2001 to 2006. Md Rifat then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Financial Support Services from the University of Dhaka from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Notre dame college Dhaka from 1998 to 2000 where they obtained their High School degree in General Science.

In terms of additional certifications, Md Rifat Hasnat has a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2016, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, also from Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2018.
