Frank Salazar is an accomplished media engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in the audio and film industry. Currently serving as the Director of Media Engineering and Director of Audio at Reel FX since June 2001, Frank oversees technology management, budgeting, and staff support for various systems, including Flame, Avid, and Pro Tools, while also designing workflows for emerging technologies and acoustic design. Previously, Frank worked as a Sound Designer - Mixer at The Stokes Group and held multiple roles including Chief Engineer and Recording Engineer at Dallas Sound Lab. Frank began the career as an Assistant at Ground Control Studios and Studio 55. Educational credentials include a BA in Radio and Television from The University of Texas at Arlington and a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University.
