Grant Bolling

Grant Bolling has over 15 years of experience in the casino gaming industry. Grant is currently the Chief Product Officer and Co-founder of Reel Life Games, LLC, where they are responsible for overseeing the creation of bespoke games with an emphasis on innovation and original IP. Prior to that, Grant worked at Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Director of Special Projects and Senior Game Designer from 2013 to 2020. In this role, they helped realign design goals and introduce global metrics for mathematical game design.

Before joining Aristocrat, Grant worked as a Game Design Consultant at Grant Bolling Enterprises from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they created new methods of gameplay, provided mathematical proofs, and supported games through regulatory review. Grant also worked with various companies, including IGT, WagerWorks, Novomatic, and Konami, to produce successful games across multiple platforms.

From 2011 to 2012, Grant served as the Director of Game Design and Development at Design Works Gaming, where they helped grow the company and lead game design for thematic concepts and mathematics. Grant also worked as the Vice President of Game Design and Senior Mathematician at Prestige Gaming from 2012 to 2013, overseeing the improvement of existing content and designing new games.

Earlier in their career, Grant held positions at Lightning Gaming, Inc. as a Producer and Senior Game Designer, High 5 Games as a Senior Game Design Mathematician, and Atronic Systems as a Game Development Mathematician. In these roles, they collaborated with teams to create innovative math models, prove the return of games, and adapt games for different markets.

Grant Bolling earned their MS degree in Math from Miami University from 1990 to 1992. Grant then pursued further education at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1992 to 1994, studying Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1982, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
