Stephanie Walter is the Chief Program Officer at Reel Works, where stephanie supports young content creators in learning the fundamentals of filmmaking. With extensive experience in directing, producing, and writing for major cable network television, Stephanie also co-founded The Studio @ Reel Works to train aspiring filmmakers from underrepresented communities. Additionally, stephanie has worked at CBS News Productions and MTV Networks, focusing on music and comedy programming. Stephanie holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dramaturgy from Stony Brook University and has completed film certificate programs at NYU.

Reel Works matches teens 1:1 with professional filmmaker mentors to tell their stories and have their voices heard. MediaMKRS, a workforce development program within Reel Works, aims to diversify the media landscape and create equitable solutions through paid internships and job training programs.
