Stephen Czaja has a background in film production, game design, and occupational therapy. With experience in roles such as Studio Producer, Film Teacher, Assistant Editor, and Game Design Intern, Stephen's diverse skill set includes video editing, game prototyping, and therapeutic assistance. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Media Studies, Stephen has demonstrated a passion for creative and educational roles.

Reel Works mentors, inspires, and empowers underserved NYC youth to share their stories through filmmaking, creating a springboard to successful careers in media and beyond. Reel Works matches teens 1:1 with professional filmmaker mentors to tell their stories and have their voices heard. MediaMKRS, a workforce development program within Reel Works, aims to diversify the media landscape and create equitable solutions through paid internships and job training programs.
