Heidi Rabideau

Heidi Rabideau is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production and quality management, currently serving as a Production Supervisor and Quality Engineer at Reelcraft Industries, Inc. since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Certified IPC Trainer at BAE Systems from February 2017 to October 2021, where Heidi also worked as an Operation Leader Manager and contributed over ten years in various capacities, primarily focused on quality and shipping processes. Additional experience includes directing a Kids Club program at the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne and serving as a Line Leader at Parker Hannifin.
