Gloria Enwema

Gloria Enwema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing, value chain development, and project management within the agriculture sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sourcing & Value Chain Development at ReelFruit since July 2015, Gloria has successfully spearheaded strategic sourcing initiatives and managed significant grants, enhancing the supply chain's efficiency. Previous roles include Sourcing & Value Chain Development Manager at ReelFruit, where Gloria pioneered supplier mapping and coordinated field data analytics, and Project Lead at AGRIEASY GREEN LIMITED, which involved conducting research to improve the oil palm sector. Gloria is also a Volunteer Mentor at Women in Food and Agriculture, providing guidance and support to emerging professionals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin and an Executive Master in Agribusiness Management from Rome Business School Nigeria.
